Lamar Jackson appeared to record himself driving 105 mph without a seatbelt

Last month, the Kansas City Chiefs made a big deal over a video of Patrick Mahomes playing pickup basketball at a local gym. The last thing the Chiefs wanted was for their star quarterback to needlessly get hurt on his own time.

The Baltimore Ravens will likely feel the same way about a video of quarterback Lamar Jackson evidently driving 105 mph without a seatbelt.

TMZ Sports reposted the videos from Jackson’s Instagram Story, which appeared to show Jackson filming himself in a Mercedes-Benz. While TMZ speculated the IG story was intended to highlight Jackson’s bracelet, the reposted video drew attention to the seatbelt icon and speedometer.

The seatbelt icon was illuminated for the entirety of the video, and there did not appear to be a passenger in the car.

At the 25-second mark, Jackson hit 105 mph and can be seen passing traffic.

The videos have since been removed from Jackson’s Instagram Story.

Update: Jackson apologized on Wednesday.
