The NBA is looking set for another enthralling season with many teams getting back to full health to compete for a championship.
The Milwaukee Bucks, defending champions from the previous season, will be a team to watch in the Eastern Conference. The Brooklyn Nets, headlined by Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving and James Harden, will be fully healthy for an improved playoff run.
The Phoenix Suns are running it back with their primary core and should be a strong team again, while teams that missed the playoffs like Golden State Warriors will have Klay Thompson back on the court.
So for the Los Angeles Lakers, who loaded up the roster with the addition of Russell Westbrook and many win-now veterans, trying to bounce back for the franchise’s 18th championship won’t be simple.
However, Westbrook won’t be focusing on what other teams are doing, via Ryan Ward of Lakers Nation:
Russell Westbrook on where he sees the Lakers stacking up against other contenders: "I never really worry about any other team."

If the Lakers can remain healthy, which wasn’t the case at all last season, then it’ll be vying for the title, but only time will tell how everything will pan out.
