Los Angeles Lakers center JaVale McGee hasn’t been the Lakers center making headlines with questionable comments about both wearing masks to protect from coronavirus or the legitimacy of vaccinations, but he is absolutely producing the best content of anyone on the Lakers from the NBA Bubble.
McGee’s YouTube channel has become a must-watch, with multiple dispatches from his days at the NBA Bubble. In his latest episode, McGee took us through his morning routine and team responsibilities prior to the squad getting to practice and having their first intrasquad scrimmage. The video also features appearances from basically every Lakers player and head coach Frank Vogel. McGee’s latest video, which posted only a few hours ago, already has over 300,000 views.
And according to the video, it was JaVale McGee, Kyle Kuzma, Alex Caruso, and the white team that took down Anthony Davis and the purple team. Davis was not pleased with the loss, nor was fellow purple team teammate Quinn Cook. While we don’t know for sure, it’s probably safe to assume LeBron was also on the purple team.
Regardless, we won’t have to comb through YouTube videos to get accurate on-court reports soon. The Lakers have their first televised scrimmage on Thursday against the Dallas Mavericks.
