Advice and prediction
The Lakers will be missing two key players in LeBron James and Dennis Schroder, while Serge Ibaka is out for the Clippers.
The Clippers have won both matchups with the Lakers so far this season, 116-109 and 104-86. Both LeBron and Anthony Davis were missing from that second game, but I’d expect to see a similar, low-scoring result on Thursday. This will be an early playoff matchup with a lot riding on the outcome in terms of seeding. I’m hesitant to lay so many points on a Clippers team that is 1-3 over their last four games and only beat the Raptors by five. Instead, I’m taking the under 210.5.
