Alex Caruso became something of a folk hero last season when the Los Angeles Lakers guard blew LeBron James’ mind with an incredible dunk off a rebound in April.
Caruso’s legend got even more legendary when the Lakers tweeted photos of him working out last month and Caruso looked positively jacked. Lakers fans were losing their minds on social media … but it appears some of that strength came courtesy of Photoshop.
That’s according to Caruso himself, who revealed on Instagram that shots of his muscles had been doctored and that he ended up getting a “random offseason drug test” just a week later.
