Lake Garda breaks are going from £139pp for summer including your hotel and flights

Lake Garda is one of those dream destinations that boasts glorious sunny weather, breathtaking landscapes, brilliant food and picturesque villages.

It's no surprise that it's a hit with the A-list, but now you don't need a celebrity budget to visit!

That's because Wowcher and Weekender Breaks have teamed up to offer seriously cheap Lake Garda getaways - and there are prices going for less than £200 over the peak summer months.

There are two- and three-night breaks going from £139pp across June, July and August. That includes not only your hotel, but your flights too!

You can already book Wowcher's Lake Garda deal but you'll want to be quick as it ends at midnight on Friday 17th May 2019.

You'll be staying at the Garda Family House tucked away amidst the slopes of Mount Baldo, which offers up some pretty incredible views of the lake and its surrounding landscape.

The cheap rates are based on departures from London Gatwick, Stansted and Luton, but for an extra charge you can also opt for departures from Manchester, Bristol or Edinburgh.

Oh, and if you're not tied to the school holiday dates, there are prices from £129pp in September, or even as little as £69pp in December (although by this point the hot and sunny weather will be long gone).

In fact, some of the highest prices we found went up to £249pp which is still fairly reasonable especially if you're travelling during the school holidays.

Best European honeymoon destinations and how to visit on a budget

Of course the summer months are some of the best times to visit Lake Garda.

After all, you've got the best chance of the hot and sunny weather which are ideal if you want to go exploring, whether along one of the stunning hiking trails, or taking a boat trip out on the lake.

There's plenty to see and do too whether you plan to visit the charming local towns sample some of that world-famous Italian cuisine or simply find a spot where you can soak up the endless dreamy panoramics.
