Lagos ex-governor wins Nigeria ruling party's nomination

Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari's ruling APC party has picked former Lagos State governor Bola Tinubu as its candidate for the 2023 presidential elections. Buhari cannot run again, as he will already have served two presidential terms. Also, Belgium's King Philippe expresses his "deepest regrets" to DR Congo during a landmark trip, telling the country that Belgian colonial rule was unjustifiable and racist. And to mark World Oceans Day, we head to Kenya, where conservationists are replanting coral reefs.
