Lady Kitty Spencer Takes After Princess Diana When It Comes To Style

Lady Kitty Spencer is reminiscent of her late aunt, Princess Diana — and maybe that’s part of why she’s captured the media’s attention. Where Princess Diana was known to push the royal boundaries with her bold fashion taste, her niece Kitty Spencer also shines with stylish confidence in front of the camera. As such, it comes as little surprise that Kitty is a spokesmodel for Bulgari and Dolce & Gabbana. The 30-year-old has been a model since 2015, when she first appeared on the cover of Tatler and her career took off after she was noticed by the world at Prince Harry and Meaghan Markle’s wedding.

Kitty, whose full name is Lady Katherine Eleanor Lewis, is the daughter of Princess Diana’s brother, Charles Spencer. And, while she moved to South Africa when she was five years old (and she was only six when Princess Diana passed), she hasn’t been able to escape comparison with her aunt — especially now that she’s landed firmly in the spotlight. After all, the two share similar features and both stand out for their beauty and fashion sense. Still, Spencer also owes some of her model looks to her mother – model Victoria Aitken.

Out of respect for her family, Lady Kitty Spencer has historically remained quiet about her relationships with members of the royal family including her connection to Princess Diana. However, it’s difficult to look at her photos and not see glimpses of her late aunt. From her bold fashion taste to her charming smile and charisma, Lady Kitty Spencer offers the world a living piece of Princess Diana while still making a place for herself in the style community that’s all her own.

In fact, Kitty Spencer holds her own in many arenas, not just style. She earned a master’s degree from the European Business School at Regent’s University in London in luxury brand management — a field in which she’s clearly succeeding. She’s also surprisingly humble and likable in interviews, much like her aunt once was. Whether she acknowledges it or not, Lady Kitty Spencer captivates the world with her style and beauty in a fashion similar to Princess Diana. Here are some of their most memorable style moments compared.

She wore a Dolce & Gabanna dress that was hand-painted and Bulgari jewelry — both brands for which she is now a spokesmodel.
