Lady Gaga had concert goers worried when she took a nasty tumble on stage.
The Born This Way singer, 39, was performing at her Mayhem Ball residency at the T Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Saturday night when disaster struck.
She was in the middle of singing Vanish Into You when her long sparkling cape caught under her knee high boots causing her to lose her balance and fall hard onto the stage, landing on her hip.
Fans gasped and quickly pulled out their phones to record the moment.
Ever the show woman however, Gaga did not let it stop her.

With the help of her bodyguards she got back up in seconds, smiling and ready to keep going. She continued singing like nothing had happened and even stopped to say hello to fans at the front of the stage.
The audience cheered loudly, impressed by her resilience and determination not to let the fall ruin the show.
Afterwards, fans shared clips online and showed their concern. One wrote, “Omg her hip hope she is okay,” while another said, “Gaga take care we still want to see you on tour.” Many wondered if the slick stage combined with her knee high boots made the fall more likely.
Gaga’s 2025 tour started just last week in Paradise Nevada and will continue until January 2026, with the final show planned for Tokyo.
Just days before in San Francisco Gaga paid tribute to the late rock legend Ozzy Osbourne.
Wearing a top with his face on it she performed his hit Crazy Train alongside her dancers.
The group headbanged together before joining hands to take a bow in honour of the music icon, who died aged 76 on July 22.
Gaga is set to play four sold out nights at London’s O2 Arena in late September and early October, followed by a show in Manchester.
