Lady Gaga, Tony Bennett to release more content in new ViacomCBS deal

Get ready to go goo-goo for Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett — a whole lot more often.

Fresh off their “One Last Time” concerts in New York, the singing duo has partnered with ViacomCBS for a new slate of original programming, the entertainment company announced Wednesday.

The content deal kicks off Friday with MTV debuting the video for Gaga and Bennett’s new song, “Love For Sale,” which is the title track on their upcoming collaborative album.

Then on Nov. 28, CBS will air a concert special from the two “One Last Time” shows, which took place in August at Madison Square Garden, marking the final Big Apple gigs for the 95-year-old Bennett.

Bennett and Gaga, 35, will also team up for an “MTV Unplugged” set, which will air this winter, and for a documentary, due out next year, about the making of their new album.

“We are honored to partner with the legendary Tony Bennett and the iconic Lady Gaga for ViacomCBS’ biggest cross-platform music talent collaboration to-date,” said Bruce Gillmer, the head of the company’s music division.

“With the sweeping range of our unique brands and platforms, ViacomCBS offers an unparalleled one-stop shop for artists to showcase their global music releases and creative content of all varieties.”

Bennett, an 18-time Grammy winner, revealed this year that he was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease in 2016.

Out Oct. 1, “Love For Sale” is the second collaborative album for Gaga and Bennett, who also released “Cheek to Cheek” in 2014.
