The Bad Romance hitmaker, 33, showed her admirers her post-show routine when she cooled off in a chilly ice bath after her wild Las Vegas performance.
In a series of nude snaps, the A Star Is Born actress stripped off and barely covered her modesty while she submerged her naked body in a pool of ice cubes.
Lady Gaga cupped her right breast and she strategically draped her other arm across her body to cover her nakedness.
The Shallow hitmaker painted on bright pink lipstick to match her bubble gum locks which were tied up in a top knot bun.
In another picture, the singer could be seen gritting her teeth as she braved the frosty water packed with lots of ice.
She wrote alongside the photographs: "Post show routine: ice bath for 5-10 min, hot bath for 20, then compression suit packed with ice packs for 20."
It comes just hours after she fell off the stage during a performance.
Lady Gaga had invited someone up onto the stage with her yet the person picked her up and started to dry hump her.
However, the eager fan lost their footing and dropped the singer.
The spotlight followed them as they come crashing to the ground to gasps of horror from the crowd.
A video of the shocking moment was shared on social media by gossip blogger Perez Hilton, who said: "Lady GaGa invited a fan up on stage with her at her Vegas show on Thursday night and... OOPS!!"
