Lady Gaga's dog walker saved by brave neighbour after being shot during dognapping

Lady Gaga 's dog walker was heroically saved by a neighbour after the horror shooting.

Ryan Fischer, 30, took three of her pets out for a walk in West Hollywood when he was shot with an semi-automatic handgun.

Two of the pups - Koji and Gustav - were taken, while a third dog, Asia, fled the scene and was later recovered by police.

The ordeal saw Ryan be rushed to the hospital in a "grave" condition, according to officials.

But it seems as though he may not have survived if it wasn't for his hero neighbour Buck Angel.

Speaking about the seconds after the terrifying ordeal, the onlooker told The Sun : "I heard screaming, which we hear a lot in this neighbourhood, but it wasn’t stopping."

“I got up and looked right over my fence and saw a car. As soon as I went to pull the knob to go out and see what was going on, I heard a gunshot," the local went on.

“I ran back in my house with my wife and my dogs. We got on all fours and called 911 immediately and then I heard a second gunshot."

The local - who lives in front of the spot where Gaga's dogs were snatched - says he had no idea what was happening until he saw the dog walker laying on the ground.

"I had no idea it was Lady Gaga’s dogs until the guy told our neighbour who was helping him. The guy was conscious while he was laying there. “It all happened so fast and the police got here really quick," he added.

Sources close to Lady Gaga - real name Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta - say she's 'extremely upset' and is offering a $500,000 reward to anyone who has her dogs.

French bulldogs typically sell for $1,500-$3,000 in the States with those with with pedigree lineage fetching as much as $10,000.
