She wore fishnet tights and a corset-style bodysuit, pairing her daring outfit with dark make-up and candyfloss pink hair.
Meanwhile Michael, 42, donned a red sweater and jeans, gazing lovingly at his Born This Way hitmaker girlfriend.
"Take yo mama out all night", the popstar captioned her sweet photo, posted to her 39.6million Instagram fans.
They looked like the ultimate power couple together.
Their budding romance comes after Michael's ex journalist girlfriend Lindsay Crouse openly spoke about the moment she found out he dumped her for famous face Gaga .
Lindsay, 35, admitted the difficulties of coming to terms with the unexpected romance in her latest opinion piece for the New York Times.
The writer realised that Michael was Lady Gaga's new "mystery man" one day after the Super Bowl.
After finding out she was going up against a superstar, she wrote: "How do you compare yourself with Lady Gaga?
"Lady Gaga is amazing. Comparing yourself with her is incredibly motivational, and I recommend you try it, regardless of how you relate to who's dating her."
She later admitted she had unfollowed her ex on social media, but photos of them together came up on her feed as she still followed the pop sensation.
