Ladies Day is known as the most stylish event in the Liverpool calendar and those down at Aintree racecourse during Grand National weekend made sure it lived up to its reputation.
Racegoers were out in force this Ladies Day wearing their best outfits with a complete mix of styles on display from both men and women.
Many people entered this year's Ladies Day Style Award competition , which gives away £35,000 worth of prizes to the best dressed racegoer.
The winner receives a year’s supply of dresses from Chi Chi London, which is a style partner for the Aintree this year and a Range Rover Evoque.

We spotted these glamorous ladies as they were planning to enter the Style Awards.
