LadBaby scores his own BBC radio show alongside other Notts celebs

With two Christmas chat-toppers under his belt, Notts-born dad blogger LadBaby is no stranger to being on the airwaves.

But for one week next month the 32-year-old will be in charge of spinning the tunes rather than singing them.

Mark Hoyle, the man behind the online phenomenon, joins fellow Nottinghamshire celebs Harleighblu, Cassie Bradley and Graeme Swann, as a guest presenter on BBC Radio Nottingham's morning show.

Usually hosted by Mark Dennison the fab four will be taking the reins for one week each while the long-time presenter takes a month off.

Ladbaby will be in charge of hosting the final week from February 24-28 from 9am to midday.

Speaking to radiotoday.co.uk, he said: “I genuinely can’t believe BBC Radio Nottingham are letting me loose on live radio every day for a week.

"To be honest people have been telling me for years that I’ve got a face for radio so I can’t wait to see if they’re right”.

The news seems to have gone down pretty well with his fans (of which he has six million on Facebook alone) with more than 100 likes on Twitter.
