Kym Marsh has shown off her rock hard abs after going for a run in the heatwave.
Temperatures have been in the high twenties for most of the UK over the past couple of days, but that didn't keep Kym from heading out to pound the pavement.
The former Coronation Street star shared two photos from her run as she wore a pink sports bra and a pair of black and pink running leggings.
In the second photo Kym posed in a mirror selfie, with her toned stomach on show.
But the 44-year-old admitted she had found the exercise tough in the caption to the snaps she shared to Instagram.
Kym said: " Slowly getting back to fitness!! Managed 5k today in this heat but it nearly finished me off!! Proud of myself though!"
And her followers were quick to compliment her and praise her for her efforts.

Over lockdown last year Kim got very into fitness and shared lots of snaps of her progress on social media.
In the peak of the pandemic in April last year Kim shared a photo of herself in a crop top and shared some inspirational words.
Kym said: "Sweaty but worth it!! Really enjoying my daily exercise. I posted a photo of my daughter the other day and said how I feel we have to find the positives during this time and that spending more time with her is one of those!
"So here is another positive I can take from this lockdown, having time to spend on keeping myself fit! what are your positives? X"
