Kym Marsh has used lockdown to get incredibly fit, and she has showed off the results of her hard work.
Former Coronation Street star Kym shared a photo to Instagram that showed off her killer abs.
The 44-year-old grandma wore a pair of red shorts and a sports bra that said "mum in training" across it.
Kym, from Whiston, wore her hair in a ponytail as she lifted up a kettlebell and concentrated on her workout.
She captioned the photo: "5k run in the park followed by a cheeky kettle bell session! Bring on summer fitness!!! #fitoverforty "
And her followers were quick to congratulate her on her progress.

Back in April Kym shared a snap of herself in a crop top and fans rushed to compliment her, as she captioned it with some inspirational words.
Kym said: "Sweaty but worth it!! Really enjoying my daily exercise. I posted a photo of my daughter the other day and said how I feel we have to find the positives during this time and that spending more time with her is one of those!
"So here is another positive I can take from this lockdown, having time to spend on keeping myself fit! what are your positives? X"
