Michelle Connor will leave Coronation Street after discovering that Robert Preston got another woman pregnant.
Her discovery couldn't come at a worse time as the reveal comes on their wedding day.
The scenes will act as actress Kym Marsh's exit as she leaves the cobbles after 13 years.
Michelle will find out that her fiancé is the dad to another woman's baby and that Robert had a fling with Vicky Jefferies (Kerri Quinn).
The fling will have taken place while Robert and Michelle had split up.
Robert and Michelle will reunite and decide to have a secret wedding with only a few guests believing it is for Robert's 50th birthday.
A source told The Sun : "But Vicky reveals she is pregnant with his baby, which poses a real dilemma for him as he has always wanted to be a father.
"That leaves him with a huge decision over whether he stays with Michelle, the woman he loves but who doesn’t want a baby, or leaves her to guarantee a new life as a father?"
They added that whatever his decision, it results in Michelle leaving the soap.
Kym's character Michelle has suffered a lot since first appearing on the show in 2006.
Just last year her wedding was interrupted by serial killer builder Phelan, who tried to hold her hostage.
The dramatic scenes ended in Phelan's brutal death after he was knifed by nemesis Anna Windass.
Somehow we don't think her wedding will be quite so bloody this year...
