Kym Marsh gets the giggles as she has her armpit hair removed by laser

Kym Marsh appeared to get the giggles as she underwent an intimate treatment.

The glam former Coronation Street star and Pride of Manchester host had a laser hair removal treatment on her underarms to ensure her pits are in tip-tip condition.

Kym visited city centre salon House of Evelyn for the laser hair removal, a popular treatment for many celebrities including the Kardashian clan.

The actress recently delighted fans when she was announced as the new host on the new BBC One morning show Morning Live with Gethin Jones.

With a team of experts they will be addressing everything from lifestyle and health to consumer concerns on the daily live series.

It will air after BBC Breakfast at 9.15am.

Kym said about her new role: “I’ve always enjoyed morning TV, it’s a great way to start the day with a cuppa in hand of course.

"I love nothing more than a good catch up, although this will be on a slightly different scale, more of a daily conversation with our lovely viewers.

"I think variety is key so I’m really excited to work with Gethin and our fantastic guest presenters to bring the latest in lifestyle, health and consumer concerns.”

It's been a busy summer for the ex Coronation Street favourite, whose character left the famous cobbles at Christmas.

She has been working on the new series of Kay Mellor's The Syndicate about a group of people whose lives change when they win the lottery and has been spotted filming on location with the show in Burley in Wharfedale in West Yorkshire.

She has been sitting in the hot seat as a guest presenter on The One Show and she's been hosting the BBC One consumer show Your Money and Your Life with Watchdog and Rogue Traders presenter Matt Allwright.

And she recently shared a socially distanced behind-the-scenes photo of herself working with Crime+Investigation UK, a documentary channel exploring real crime alongside fashion stylist Martine Alexander and makeup
