Kym Marsh flaunts rock hard abs in tiny pink sports bra after becoming a grandma

Kym Marsh showed off her impressive six pack in her skimpy gym gear on Wednesday.

The Coronation Street actress, 43 – who recently welcomed her first grandson – made some time in her busy schedule for a workout in her home in Warrington.

Posing in a tiny pink crop top and a pair of skin-tight leggings for a snap on Instagram , Kym proved her rigorous exercise regime was certainly working.

As she smoldered into her bedroom mirror, Kym's impressively toned abs were visible for all to see.

The Hear'Say singer pulled her brunette locks into a ponytail and went completely makeup free as she showed off her progress.

"Excuse the red face and the sweaty top but hey....no one looks pretty when kicking their own ass! Loli got to still look good!!

"Couldn’t get to the gym so at home workout for me," she captioned the image.

Kym's impressive image comes just days after she became a grandmother for the first time.

Her daughter Emilie Cunliffe, 22, gave daughter to a little boy on May 3.

And she paid the sweetest tribute to her mother by naming her son after Kym's late son – who died minutes after birth when he was born 18 weeks premature in 2009.

"His full name is Teddy Archie David Hoszowskyj. Archie after my late brother, and David after my brother, dad and grandfather," Emilie told OK! magazine.

"When I found out I was having a boy I knew I wanted the name Archie to feature, but I wanted it to be a surprise for Mum.

Little Teddy arrived weighing 7lb 2oz - and it wasn't long before he'd captured his grandmother's heart.

"I didn't think they would [name him after Archie], and nor should they have felt they had to," Kym told the magazine.

"As far as I knew, he was going to be called Teddy David and I was chuffed with the name David being in there. When I found out his name, I burst into floods of tears.

"But now Archie lives on in Teddy's name. Having a baby boy in the house with Archie's name as part of his means the world to me."
