Kym Marsh desperate to hug army boyfriend as they're reunited after seven months

Kym Marsh has said that she is desperate to hug her army boyfriend as they are finally reunited after his seven-month tour in Afghanistan.

Appearing on Good Morning Britain today, former Coronation Street star Kym promoted the OK! Closet Clear Out for Refuge campaign to help raise funds for charity Refuge.

This comes after the charity reported seeing a 50% increase in calls to their National Domestic Abuse Hotline since lockdown began.

Speaking on GMB today, Kym said: "Charities are really suffering because people just don't have the money so it's a great thing that OK are doing right now."

She continued: "I have really, really missed him. It is hard because your partner is your support network - I just want a cuddle!"

The actress admitted that she was also missing her grandson and being unable to hug him.
