Kylie Minogue attends glitzy perfume launch as she prepares to move back to Australia

Kylie Minogue looked stunning in a floor-length baby pink dress at her perfume launch event ahead of her move back to Australia.

The Love At First Sight singer was launching her fragrance called Darling on Monday in London - the place she called home for the last 30 years.

Wearing the frilly gown and a feather boa around her neck, the 53-year-old was effortlessly chic as she smiled for the camera.

She stood in what appeared to be a fancy lounge as she leaned on one of the mirrors.

Another snap had her holding her bottle of perfume up for the camera as she stood in front of pink balloons and flowers.

Her perfume has notes of passion fruit, lychee, lilies and more so it's no surprise a lot of the promotional pictures were pink.

Kylie recently confirmed that she made the decision to move back home to Australia after 30 years in the UK.

The star has been an icon in Britain for a long while and has even lived in London since 1990.

Appearing on BBC Radio 2, she said: "It is true, I will be basing myself in Australia. I can't believe the reaction it's had. I've had friends call me, my friend at my local restaurant was like: 'Kylie, what do you mean? You can't go'

"I spent a lot of time with my family this year in Australia and it felt really good... I've been talking about that for a while."

However, her Welsh boyfriend Paul Solomons won't be joining her on the move.

Magazine executive Paul however will be staying in London, leaving the pair's relationship up in the air.

Despite the 46-year-old Welshman supposedly loving Australia, a permanent move seems to be off the agenda which means the pair's three-year relationship may suffer.

Kylie told The Kyle and Jackie O Show on Thursday that the duo won't be moving Down Under together but do intend to make their relationship work.

The All The Lovers singer was asked by radio host Kyle Sandilands if she plans to "keep the boyfriend" after she leaves the UK and without hesitation, she replied: "Oh, yeah!"

She went on to explain how their relationship had already had to deal with long-distance spells in the past due to her busy schedule.

Kylie also said that Paul had "swooped in to the rescue" many times when she was at a low point while touring so she knows he'll be there for her if she needs him.
