Kylie Minogue is set to bring the disco-pop party to Castlefield Bowl as one of the headliners for Sounds of the City.
The Australian pop princess is one of many big-name music acts taking to the open-air venue as part of the summer gig series which works in tandem with Manchester International Festival.
Kylie, who will play in the city on Thursday (July 10) has been enjoying continued chart success, achieving her seventh number one album in the UK last week, following a crowd-pleasing set at Glastonbury.
The 51-year-old pulled out all the stop during the Sunday afternoon legend's slot at the Worthy Farm event which gives fans heading to her Manchester show a taste of what's to come.
Kylie was briefly joined on stage during her performance by Coldplay's Chris Martin for a rendition of her track Can't Get You Out Of My Head and although we can't guarantee another superstar name popping up to join her, this is what we can.

With a music career spanning more than 30 years and a plethora of hits from Locomotion and Got to Be Certain to Better the Devil You Know, Spinning Around - and who can forget Especially For You? - gig-goers are sure to be in for a night of nostalgia and plenty of dancing.
So if you're heading to the gig, here's what you can look forward to - and all the info you need to plan your night.
