Kylie Jenner treats fans by unveiling unseen snap of daughter Stormi as newborn baby

Kylie Jenner's pregnancy was one of the best-kept secrets in showbiz.

And despite the beauty mogul, 23, often filling her social media feed with cute snaps of the tot - who is now two - images of the little girl as a newborn have been scarce.

But on Sunday evening Kylie decided to treat her loyal fans by unveiling a never before seen photo of Stormi - who she shares with Travis Scott - snapped when the little girl was just a week old.

Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kylie offered up the rare photo when she took part in an Instagram photo challenge where she asked fans to send in requests of snaps they wanted to see.

After a follower asked for an unseen snap of Stormi, Kylie uploaded a photo of the tiny tot onto her Instagram Stories.

The adorable offering showed a little baby Stormi wrapped in a white blanket asleep on a bed.

Explaining when the snap was captured, Kylie typed: "One week old" atop of the lovely image.

After giving birth Kylie, who normally shares her life on social media and on her family's TV show, opened up on why she decided to keep her first pregnancy under wraps.

Prior to her opening up on that she had become a mother there were lots of rumours flying around that she was expecting but it wasn't until she announced the news on Twitter on February 4, 2018, that everyone knew for sure.

The curvy beauty shared a video documenting her pregnancy and a message to fans apologising for keeping them in the dark.

She explained she wanted to get ready to become a mum in a "positive, stress-free and healthy" way.

The successful businesswoman later told Vogue Australia : "I knew that it would be better for us, if me and Stormi just stayed kind of low-key.

"Your hormones are going crazy and your emotions are more heightened, and I just felt like I wasn't prepared to.

"I just felt like it was a sacred special moment and I wasn't ready to share it with everybody. I just wanted to keep that to myself."
