Kylie Jenner is said to have splurged on a vacant $15million (£12m) patch of land to build herself another luxury home.
According to TMZ, the lip-kit mogul, 22, has secured another five acres of land in the gated Hidden Hills community, situated in California, to add to her real estate portfolio.
It comes after the billionaire recently splashed a staggering $36.5million on her Holmby Hills mansion in LA.
Kylie's plot of land was reportedly bought by Miley Cyrus back in 2015, and the singer is said to have kept her horses there.
Miley sold the place three years later to another owner, a non-famous woman, who didn't end up building a home on it.
According to Variety, the new plot is "one of the largest in all of Hidden Hills."
Kylie's empty land is said to have approved plans for an 18,000 square foot jaw-dropping mansion with a 12-car garage.
There's also approval for a guesthouse, a barn, a guard shack for all-round 24/7 security, along with a sports court and a pool.
It's unclear whether Kylie will utilise the permitted plans or design her own custom-made dream house instead, according to the outlet.
The mum-of-one has been splurging on property in recent months, having bought a lot in Palm Springs near her mum's house in Palm Desert, according to TMZ.
She also owns other properties in Hidden Hills, which is home to many other famous faces.
Kylie is said to "ultimately set down roots" at the plot's incredible location, where she will no doubt be living with her daughter Stormi.
The young billionaire found her success through her Kylie Cosmetics brand, and last year she sold a majority of her make-up empire to Coty in an eye-watering $600million deal.
