Kylie Jenner shares a rare unedited photo of her make-up free skin

Kylie Jenner showed off her real complexion in a rare unedited photo on Instagram.

The beauty mogul, 24, took to the social media platform as she promoted a beauty product that bids to help reduce the appearance of pimples and also draws out dirt and excess oil in the skin.

On her Instagram story, she posted a close-up of her cheek as she zoomed in on the skin hack.

A caption alongside the photo, which had a link to Kylie Comestics, read: "Love my heart clarifying patches.

"They work wonders and keep any pimples coming super flat and you can barely see them when they're on."

The youngest Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has showcased her more natural side in recent weeks, including a behind-the-scenes clip of her selecting her 2022 Met Gala outfit.

Kylie wore an eye-catching dress to the annual fundraiser held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art which had a special meaning.

She gave her fans a glimpse at the process behind selecting her outfit for the red carpet event via a vlog on her YouTube channel.

The model went fresh-faced and showed off her natural complexion at the fitting in Palm Springs on April 14 as she trialled a couple of options - a far cry from last week's event where she adopted fake tan and heavy make-up.

Her look for the Met Gala - an Off-White wedding dress accompanied with a white baseball cap worn backwards - drew criticism for not abiding to the theme of the night: "In America: An Anthology of Fashion and the Gilded Glamour", but Kylie explained her reasons for her selection.

The mother-of-two decided to dedicate her outfit to late fashion designer Virgil Abloh - a friend of the Kardashian-Jenner family.

Abloh, who worked as artistic director for Louis Vuitton and was the founder of fashion label Off-White, died at the age of 41 in November last year.

Kylie said in the YouTube video: "I feel like I was supposed to go with Off-White because Virgil and I talked about this for the last two years. It feels right that my Met comeback [is] Off-White."

"It also puts off the pressure of what people think about my look because I love it so much and it's so much more special to me. I don't care what people think."
