Kylie Jenner might be ready to trade lip kits for lyrics. The 28-year-old beauty mogul has surprised fans by stepping into the music world with her vocals on Terror Jr’s new track “Fourth Strike.” And now, she’s admitting this might be more than just a one-time thing.

In a Q&A posted on her YouTube channel, Jenner revealed that making music has actually been a lifelong dream. “This is my dream, ever since I came out of the womb, I wanted to be a pop star,” she said. “But I just never had the confidence.”

With her 30th birthday coming up, she decided it was finally time to give it a shot. “I don’t want to look back on life and have any regrets, and this is something I’ve always wanted to try,” she explained. Laughing, she added, “But, you know, I don’t think I’m like Adele or anything. I always wanted to try and see if I can do it.”

Kylie didn’t pretend the process was easy. She admitted she was nervous during her first recording session and confessed to having “three vodka sodas” before heading into the studio. She recorded her parts over two sessions, each running five to six hours long.

On the track, Jenner raps, “One strike, two strike, let me get the mood right. Do it on purpose just to see how it ends.” The catchy line has already been making the rounds on social media, with fans both surprised and curious to hear more.

When asked if she plans to keep going with music, Jenner didn’t hesitate. “I hope so. I would love to try. I don’t want it to end. And I think, why not? I think we should try. Let’s like, make an album.”

“Fourth Strike” is a follow-up to Terror Jr’s 2016 single “3 Strikes,” which also had a Kylie connection. Jenner appeared in the music video for that track to promote Kylie Cosmetics, fueling rumors even back then that she might have been the group’s mysterious lead vocalist.

Now, almost a decade later, it seems she’s ready to step out from behind the rumors and see what a real pop career might look like. Whether it’s a one-off experiment or the start of a whole new chapter, Kylie Jenner’s music era might just be beginning.
