Kylie Jenner's rapper ex-boyfriend Travis Scott appears to have made a brutal dig at her on his latest track and confirmed the reason they split.
Kylie, 22, and Travis, 27, took a break from their relationship in September and were last seen publicly in August.
Now the musician, who is dad to Kylie's daughter Stormi, appears to reference his failed romance with the cosmetics billionaire in his latest song Gatti.
He raps: "Duck away, she wanna lay up and hibernate (Yeah) / I took a chance, it’s a lot to take."
The rapper seems to be referring the rumour that their split was fuelled by their different lifestyles, with Kylie becoming much more of a homebody in recent months.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is also said to have wanted to settle down and have a sibling for Stormi, while Travis was intent on being on the road touring.
Despite the possible criticism of her, Kylie still shared a link to the album on her Instagram stories, writing: "STORMI'S DAD."
Within a couple of months of the pair dating, Kylie was pregnant and they welcomed their daughter Stormi in February 2018.
They have reportedly stayed close for the benefit of their daughter.
Speaking about the pair's split, a source told HollywoodLife: “Travis was getting antsy not going out more now that Stormi is older and he wanted to live the life he has afforded himself and be out and about more.
“Though Kylie is young and wants to go out herself, she is also a wonderful mother and wants to live her life as a family.”
According to Kylie's nanna Esther Jenner, the couple split due to her inability to commit fully to the relationship.
Gatti is on Travis's latest EP, Jackboys in which he collaborates with rapper Pop Smoke.
