Jan. 07--Kylie Jenner is scheduled to appear Jan. 23 at Sugar Factory American Brasserie at MB Financial Park in Rosemont to do what she and her family do so well: Create a buzz.
Jenner will walk the red carpet at the grand opening celebration and unveil the new Kylie and Kendall Couture Pops she designed with her sister, Kendall Jenner. Nick Cannon is scheduled to DJ later that night before hosting "America's Got Talent" auditions Jan. 24 and 25 at McCormick Place.
Although she's not yet as well known as her half sisters and "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" co-stars Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian, the 17-year-old Jenner -- who has nearly 8 million Twitter followers and is featured on the cover of the Feb. issue of Cosmopolitan -- appears to be on her way. Make sure to get to the grand opening early to claim your spot as Jenner will likely draw a crowd.
The Las Vegas-based Sugar Factory has a history of teaming up with celebrities, including Jenner's siblings. Kendall appeared at the opening of Sugar Factory American Brasserie's New York location in 2013 and Kim appeared at the grand opening of Sugar Factory in the Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas in 2011. Other stars who have partnered with Sugar Factory on Couture Pops: Britney Spears, Mel B and Nicole Scherzinger.
The Rosemont location features a retail store, restaurant and ice cream shop and opened in November, which is the same month another Hollywood-approved boutique confectionery, Dylan's Candy Bar, opened downtown in Tribune Tower. Dylan's -- which was founded by Dylan Lauren, daughter of designer Ralph Lauren -- is scheduled to add a cafe to its space in the spring.
