She was carrying a large bag of Lays crisps and a water as she made her way to her car, walking barefoot on the ground.
A member of her security team was waiting by her toffee coloured Mercedes G-Wagon to open the door and help her inside.
She'd parked up behind Stassie's black Mercedes with a personal license plate bearing her name.
Just last month, Kylie was one of a number of celebrities asked by the US Surgeon General Jerome M Adams to use their influence to urge people to stay home.
Kylie passed on the message to her millions of followers, tweeting: "I hope everyone is feeling well! it's so important right now to self quarantine to ensure we aren't endangering ourselves or anyone who can't handle this virus."
She followed it up with a string of posts on her Instagram stories about the importance of staying home.
It's not known if Kylie went inside Stassie's house, but she was pictured keeping a safe distance as she stood at the bottom of the steps of Stassie's home talking to her pal, who was in the doorway.
Kylie is usually seen with a flawless make up look, complete with contouring, heavy eye make up and a bold lip colour.
She's made her fortune through her Kylie Cosmetics range and regularly posts video tutorials on her YouTube channel, showing fans how to copy her looks.
She's also launched her own skincare range dubbed Kylie Skin.
