Kylie and Jordyn severed ties with each other after the kiss-gate scandal but both turned out to celebrate their mutual friend Stassi Karanikolaou's birthday.
It's not yet known why Tristan, 28, also visited hotspot Bootsy Bellows - a club owned by actor David Arguette.
Kylie shared multiple snaps and videos from the bash to social media, but was careful not to show Tristan or Jordyn in any of the footage.

Before the cheating-scandal in February tore their friendship apart, Kylie and Jordyn had been childhood besties, housemates and even business partners.
But loyalties were tested when Jordyn admitted to kissing Kylie's sister Khloe's boyfriend Tristan.
According to a source close to the Kardashians, Kylie has had a difficult time moving on.
The insider told People magazine that the pair were 'occasionally' in touch with each other but that things would never be the same between them.
Kylie has so far remained silent over the issue, though in an explosive trailer for the new season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, the lip kit mogul opens up to her mum.
Comforting her daughter, momager Kris Jenner says: "For you and Jordyn, it's like a divorce."
"She f****d up," Kylie responds.
Kylie then sticks up for heartbroken sister Khloe and tells her that she loves her.
"I look in her eyes, she's just really going through it," says Kylie.
Khloe split with her boyfriend Tristan shortly after Valentine's Day after it was revealed he'd kissed Jordyn during a late night house party.
Facing a huge public backlash, Jordyn chose to share her side of the story on Jada Pinkett's Red Table Talk.
She claimed Tristan went to kiss her but she'd lied about what happened when she spoke to Khloe the next day.
