Kylie Jenner gives fans rare glimpse of what her super short real hair looks like

Kylie Jenner gave fans a brief peek at her natural locks as she touched up her colour in the latest hair transformation.

The 22-year-old makeup billionaire took to Instagram to share the results after lightening the tone of her cropped hair.

"Roots almost there [sic]" she wrote in the social media story as she debuted her super short natural locks to the surprise of her fans.

In the clip taken on March 9, Kylie appears to ruffle her hair as she pulls a sultry pose and pouts toward the camera.

She also donned a 'Stormi World' t-shirt which appears to be inspired by her two year old daughter Stormi Webster.

Kylie then went on to enjoy a relaxing Sunday evening and shared a series of candid clips of her home life as mum Kris attempted to cook for the family.

At one point she tucked into nachos and cheese and caught up on television before allowing the colour to set on her new look.

The mum-of-one is no stranger to dramatically updating her do and as well as showing off long dark locks, she has also dyed her hair bleach blonde, several shades of blue and even baby pink.

In her most recent hair colouring endeavours, Kylie has eyed up a honey gold highlights ahead of the spring season.

Fans have commended the 'self-made' beauty mogul on her luscious lighter colour, and noted that she looked unrecognisable in some of her latest snaps.

The youngest Jenner daughter even called out her older siblings after they tried to copy her look with light coloured wigs.

It's no secret that frequent use of hair colour and extensions can, however, take its toll on a wearer's delicate teresses.

Kylie's cosy Sunday with her mum came shortly after reports suggested that the reality star had reunited with her former beau Travis Scott.

Multiple U.S outlets have suggested that the doting parents are back on after calling quits on their relationship last October.
