Kylie Jenner brutally mocked by fans for not knowing Australian flag

Kylie Jenner has been mocked by fans for not knowing what the Australian flag looks like after using the wrong emoji on a post.

Kylie took to Twitter to share the exciting news that her skincare brand, Kylie Skin, would be launching four new international sites with her 35.4 million followers.

She wrote: "Hi guys, my team is working hard on my sites for the UK, Germany, France and Australia and we have a new launch date of October 7!"

Underneath the post she added a number of international links next to a flag for the corresponding country.

But she made a critical mistake after adding the wrong emoji for Australia's flag.

Instead, she'd used an image of the South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands flag, a chain of islands which is located in the Southern Atlantic ocean.

While the flag features the same Union Jack as the Aussie one it has a crest in place of the stars.

Fans were shocked by her mistake and rushed to the comment section to tell her.

One stunned fan said: "This can't be real."

Another added: "Excuse me love, Yh hi Kylie...that’s not the Australian flag. Pls it’s this one thank you."

A third shared a GIF of the flag and said: "For future reference this is the Australian flag."

A fourth person said: "This is too funny had to come and check for myself... Wonder how all the Aussies feel..."

Meanwhile one penned: "lmfaoaoaooaoaoa IM WHEEZING."
