Manchester United have made Kylian Mbappe a transfer target, according to reports.
The Red Devils will look to lure the striker next summer, when he could be available for free with his PSG deal winding down.
Real Madrid remain the Frenchman's most likely destination, but the Premier League giants are ready to table an offer come 2022, reports ESPN.
The World Cup winner favours a switch to the Bernabeu, a fact that remains well known.
Nevertheless United have previously benefited from adding players who hail from across the channel and are considering doing so again.
Mbappe's goal record in France speaks for itself and next summer could see himself and Erling Haaland both on the market.
United have been heavily linked with the Norwegian, but are now ready to also consider the 22-year-old.

Mbappe's United admiration
Mbappe has previously told friends that he has a soft spot for United.
The striker has been linked with several clubs since bursting onto the scene with Monaco.
PSG eventually won the race for his signature whilst nowadays Real Madrid and Liverpool are the two clubs most heavily touted as his next destination.
Mbappe's admiration for Cristiano Ronaldo is no secret with his room as a child covered in posters of the Portuguese star.
At that point he was at Los Blancos, but prior to that he of course made his name at United.
Even though the Red Devils haven't won a league title since 2013 they remain a huge draw, underlined by the players they've attracted in recent years.
Giggs' advice shunned
Ryan Giggs was perhaps the first man at Old Trafford to clock that a young Mbappe - and Gabriel Jesus - were set to take the world by storm.
Jesus has perhaps not progressed like many felt, with his Manchester City future in doubt, but he has continued to contribute for a side who have won trophy after trophy.
Missing out on him won't hurt anywhere near as much as Mbappe though.
United's transfer policy before Ole Gunnar Solskjaer arrived was regularly criticised as they prioritised reputation and big names above all else.
Giggs claims the Red Devils could've capture Mbappe for less than five per cent of what PSG paid.
"I watched Gabriel Jesus play three years ago. I watched Mbappe for a year. I was watching them with the scout and it was a no-brainer," the Welshman said in an interview with The Times.
"It was just like 'get them'. It would have been £5m or something - get them, loan them back - and that's where the recruitment could have been better."
United have now chosen to invest in youth as they continue to build for the future. If only they'd made that decision a year or two earlier.
Mbappe bid comes too late
United did make an audacious approach for Mbappe back in 2018 - just after he'd lifted the World Cup - and after they'd clearly not listened to Giggs' scouting advice.
He'd spent just 12 months at PSG having moved from their domestic rivals Monaco.

The Red Devils, then led by Jose Mourinho, had endured a poor summer of recruitment, but the addition of Mbappe would've solved all that.
Contact was made with PSG, but just as quickly they were told to look elsewhere.
The Parisians made it clear that under no circumstances was the striker being sold, no matter what offer was made.
Mbappe has continued to grow in stature at the Parc des Princes and is seen as one of the game's future greats.
Less than a year after United had put in the call to PSG the striker was at Old Trafford for a Champions League last 16 game.
He would score in the second-half before producing his trademark arms folded celebration in front of the home fans.
