Kylian Mbappe has claimed his rift with Olivier Giroud has been forgotten, with his focus instead on firing France to glory this summer.
Didier Deschamps has a plethora of attacking options as he looks to add the European Championships to the World Cup they won in Russia three years ago.
Along with Mbappe and Giroud, France can also call upon the recently recalled Karim Benzema, as well as Antoine Griezmann and Kingsley Coman.
But their preparations hit a speed bump last week when Giroud appeared to aim a very public dig at his teammate.
The veteran Chelsea striker scored a brace in their final warm-up game, but was unhappy with what he perceived as a lack of service.
“I was a little quiet because sometimes I make runs and the through-balls aren't forthcoming,” Giroud told l'Equipe after the match.
“I'm not saying that I always make the best runs, but I always look to offer solutions in the box.
“With two good balls supplied from Ben [Pavard] and Wissam [Ben Yedder] I finished well, but we could have scored more goals if we had been more efficient.”
Mbappe was reportedly incensed at Giroud’s comments and made his feelings known in a press conference of his own earlier this week.
"I spoke with Olivier Giroud. Everyone knows what happened," the Paris Saint-Germain superstar explained.
"It is true that I was a little affected by it. But we are not going to make a big deal about it because we are here to represent France, that is the most important thing.
"What he said didn't bother me more than that, I'm a striker and I've had this feeling 365 times in a game.
"I congratulated him in the locker room, he didn't say anything to me and then I heard from the press.
“He didn't say anything bad. It's more the fact of talking about it publicly, I would have preferred to let him come and be even more vocal in the locker room.

“But that's not a problem, these are small trifles. The team does not need us to get in the way."
But speaking on the eve of their clash with Germany in Munich, Mbappe has suggested the feud has been forgotten, also pointing to Giroud’s importance to the squad.
“Of course it's forgotten," Mbappe told TF1 ahead of their Euro 2020 opener on Tuesday night.
"In life, you shouldn't feel sorry for yourself. We have a common goal, and we will need Giroud too."
France are favourites to win the Euros, despite being placed in a group alongside Portugal and Germany, but Mbappe is confident that their experiences in Russia will serve them well this time around.
“It’s sure that winning the World Cup has served us well," he said. "But we have to play the matches and put back the same ingredients as three years ago.
"Of course more is expected of me than in 2018 because I'm a better player. But I don't have a problem with it."
