Kyler Murray, starting offense produces almost nothing vs. Raiders

Arizona Cardinals rookie quarterback Kyler Murray left his preseason debut last week against the Los Angeles Chargers having looked about as good as was possible without putting points on the board.

That was not the case in his second game.

He and the starting offense were awful.

The starters played four series. They gained a total of 12 yards. They produced one first down and it was by penalty.

Murray completed only 3-of-8 passes for 12 yards. He was sacked twice, including his final play of the game, which went for a safety.

David Johnson had six rushing yards on four attempts.

Murray misfired on several throws.

Once again, the best play of the night turns out to be a penalty. Murray found KeeSean Johnson for a big play but Johnson was flagged for offensive pass interference.
