The wait is over. The nation's long national nightmare has come to an end.
We finally know Kyler Murray's height.
The reigning Heisman Trophy winner and former Oklahoma quarterback was officially measured at the NFL scouting combine Thursday. He measured in at just over 5-foot-10 _ officially listing at 5-feet, 10-[ inches. He was 207 pounds and his hand size was 9.5 inches.
Leading up to the combine, there was some disagreement as to just how short Murray is. Oklahoma listed him at 5-foot-11 on his baseball bio. Then he was listed 5-foot-10 on his football bio. Some talking heads in the media claim he's closer to 5-foot-8. Last month, Oklahoma assistant athletic director Mike Houck took to Twitter to set the record straight, clarifying that Murray officially measured in at just under 5-foot-10 in socks when the Sooner strength and conditioning staff measured him at the beginning of the season.
There have been 103 QBs drafted in the last 10 NFL drafts. All but one have been at least 6 feet tall with Russell Wilson (5-foot-11) the lone exception.
