Kyler Murray leaves game vs. Seahawks with hamstring injury

The Arizona Cardinals had a 20-7 lead in the third quarter against the Seattle Seahawks but suffered a setback. Rookie quarterback Kyler Murray left the game with a hamstring injury.

The team announced he was questionable to return.

Brett Hundley entered the game to replace him.

Murray appeared to aggravate something after a four-yard run on third down before kicker Zane Gonzalez hit a 46-yard field goal to extend the team’s lead to 20-7.

Before he left the game, he completed 11-of-18 passes for 118 yards and a touchdown. He also had 36 rushing yards on five attempts.

Entering the game, Murray had played all but three of the team’s offensive snaps.
