Kyler Murray and Russell Wilson had nearly the exact same NFL combine measurements

Everyone’s going nuts about Kyler Murray and how he’s just thismuch over 5-foot-10 (actually, it’s 5-foot-10 1/8, if you’re scoring at home) and 207 pounds, with everyone attempting to dissect what his NFL combine measurements mean.

Does that mean he’s just tall enough to succeed in the league and just heavy enough to not be injury-prone while getting hit by defenders who might weigh 100 pounds more than him? And will his hands be able to hold a football?!

Here’s one response to all of that: Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson was thought to be “undersized” when he attended the combine in 2012 and look at where he is now. Do you know what his measurements were?

So, yeah. From this perspective, there should be ZERO concerns about Murray succeeding in the NFL.
