Kyler Murray a little taller, a little bigger than expected

The questions about the size of Oklahoma quarterback Kyler Murray, one of the most intriguing prospects in the 2019 NFL draft have been answered. The undersized, exciting player is not as undersized as originally thought.

At the NFL combine, his official measurements were a height of 5-10 1/8 and a weight of 207 pounds, reports AZCentral Sports’ Bob McManaman.

The other important measurement is hand size. They come in at 9.5 inches, which is big enough for an NFL quarterback.

Some questioned whether he would be tall enough or would have a big enough frame to play quarterback in the NFL.

While no quarterback under six feet tall has ever been drafted in the first round, Murray might be the first.

And to compare, Russell Wilson, who is one of the best quarterbacks in the game, was 5-11 and 204 pounds at the combine. Murray is often compared to Wilson because of the size and the background in baseball.

Now, with with the success of Wilson and the dynamic play of Murray in his one year of starting, as well as the changing landscape of NFL quarterbacks, will it be enough for a team to pull the trigger?

That is what remains to be seen. More importantly, will he be a possibility for the Arizona Cardinals, who have the first overall pick in the draft?

That is what will be speculated for the next two months.
