Kyle Lowry got pushed by an NBA fan a second time: ‘It’s kind of getting crazy’

Back in the NBA Finals, Kyle Lowry got pushed by a Golden State Warriors fan who turned out to be a minority owner of the Bay Area team, part of a disturbing trend last season of negative fan-player interactions.

On Thursday night, it appeared to happen to the Toronto Raptors star a second time.

Lowry went for a loose ball late in the Raptors’ eventual win over the Cleveland Cavaliers on the road and saved it, getting into the second row at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, and as you’ll see from the video below, it clearly looks like a courtside fan gives him a two-handed shove that gets a reaction out of the guard:

Lowry said after the game that he didn’t know “If I’ll be able to control myself and hopefully I will” if this happens a third time to him.

Cleveland.com reports the Cavs are “aware” of the incident and that they’re looking into it. And it’s awful that this keeps happening, especially to Lowry, but just in general.
