Kuwait, Qatar Report More Coronavirus Cases

Kuwait registered on Monday 665 new coronavirus cases, raising its total to 21,967.

Health ministry spokesman Dr. Abdullah al-Sanad said nine patients died from the disease in the past 24 hours, taking the toll to 165.

The ministry announced that 504 people have recovered from the disease, with the count now at 6,621.

Qatar registered three new fatalities from the virus, raising its toll to 26.

The health ministry said Monday that 1,751 cases were reported in the past 24 hours, taking the tally to 45,465.

A total of 1,193 people have recovered from the disease, raising the total to 10,363.
