Kuwait announced on Sunday that six patients have recovered from the novel coronavirus.
The recovery of five Kuwaitis and a foreign resident raises the country’s recoveries to 99, said Health Minister Sheikh Dr. Bassel Al-Sabah.
Oman, meanwhile, reported 21 new virus cases, bringing its tally to 298.
The health ministry also revealed that 61 patients have recovered and two have died from the virus.
It urged the people to respect preventive measures and to only leave their homes unless necessary.
