Kuwait reaffirmed its unequivocal adherence to the historical, fraternal, solid and close ties with Saudi Arabia and denounced disservice to bilateral ties on social media targeting the relation between the two countries.
Kuwait also expressed its utmost pride and adherence to the deep-rooted ties between the two countries.
Kuwaiti Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Anas al-Saleh told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) Monday that relations between Kuwait and the Kingdom are based on mutual respect, absolute belief in common fate, and permanent keenness on boosting bilateral relations in all fields.
Within this framework, the two countries reiterate their respect to all bilateral and international charters and treaties concluded between them, Saleh added.
The Deputy Prime Minister reiterated his country’s rejection and condemnation for what was mentioned on some social media outlets that abuse fraternal relations between both countries.
Relations with the "Saudi brother" are too strong to be affected by such rejected offences, Saleh stressed.
