Kuwait emir warns over prolonged Qatar-GCC crisis

The seven-month-long blockade imposed on Qatar is being discussed at a two-day Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) summit in Kuwait.

In his address, the emir of Kuwait urged nations to settle their differences. Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad Al Sabah warned of greater regional instability if the dispute between Doha and the other Arab countries is not settled.
