Kurt Warner clashes with fan that calls Tom Brady a system QB

Kurt Warner wasn’t dealing with any Tom Brady slander on Thursday.

The Hall of Fame quarterback came to Brady’s defense after a fan called him a system quarterback on Twitter. This all derived from Chris Simms’ list of the best NFL quarterbacks — where Brady was ranked No. 9.

The list compiled the best 40 quarterbacks in the NFL right now, and he even put Drew Brees at No. 10. Warner was in full disagreement with this list, and he made his voice heard.

He follow up argument to the fan was very simple and to the point.

Are u serious??? Systems don’t have anything to do with great QB play at the biggest moments… they don’t make QBs throw great balls into tight windows…

The system quarterback that he’s speaking of is coming off of three consecutive Super Bowl trips, winning two of them. Lately though, it seems that these opinions have been the fuel for Brady’s continued success.
