RAIPUR: The Kurla-Shalimar Express among four other trains will remain cancelled between August 15 and 18 due to non-interlocking, modernisation of Wardha yard, connecting work and auto-signaling work between Wardha-Chitoda railway stations of Nagpur Railway Division of Central Railway. The work will be completed August 16, said SECR Raipur division publicity inspector Shiv Prasad Pawar.
The 11039 Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj-Gondia special departing Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus will remain cancelled on August 15, 16 and 17. Similarly, 11040 Gondia-Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminal special leaving Gondia will remain cancelled on August 16, 17 and 18. The 18030 Shalimar-Kurla Express leaving Shalimar on August 15th and 16th will remain cancelled, while 18026 Kurla-Shalimar Express leaving Kurla will also remain cancelled on these dates.
Under Dallirajhara-Rawghat-Jagdalpur project, facility of DEMU passenger special train from Antagarh to Durg and Raipur to Antagarh has been extended upto Antagarh. The extension of the special train facility to Antagarh will be inaugurated by Lok Sabha MP from Kanker- Mohan Mandavi on Saturday.
