Kura creates 100 new jobs in its Glasgow office following contract win

A customer service outsourcing business has created 100 new jobs in its Glasgow office following a new contract win.

Kura was appointed by a fast-growing financial services firm to provide customer service support.

It is now looking to recruit for 100 new roles across advisory, team management and operational management levels.

For more than 15 years, Kura’s advisors have provided inbound and outbound call handling services to several businesses in the financial services industry.

The new contract begins this month.

Brian Bannatyne, chief executive of Kura, said: “We are delighted to be partnering with our new client using our deep financial services experience to deliver first class services to their customers.

“We know that our people in Glasgow will deliver outstanding results for our client and transform the service to their customers.”
