Kufpec offers LNG cargo from Australia's Wheatstone plant for October - sources

Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Exploration Co (KUFPEC) has offered a spot cargo of liquefied natural gas (LNG) for loading in Australia in October, two industry sources said on Tuesday.

The cargo is offered on a free-on-board (FOB) basis from the Wheatstone plant in Australia for Oct. 6 to 10 loading, they said.

The tender closes on Aug. 19, one of them said.

KUFPEC, the foreign energy exploration arm of Kuwait, is a stakeholder in the Chevron-operated Wheatstone LNG project.
