On this date 19 years ago, Karan Johar’s directorial debut Kuch Kuch Hota Hai released and went on to become a massive hit at the box office.
The 1998 movie continues to remain close to every 90’s kid’s heart. From playing basketball to gifting friendship bands, the movie inspired many trends back then.
The rom-com drama featured Bollywood’s favourite on-screen couple Shah Rukh Khan (Rahul) and Kajol (Anjali), with Rani Mukherjee (Tina) in a supporting role. Salman Khan (Aman) appeared in an extended cameo.
